AlBustan Project:
The Yemeni Group won the contract for implementing AlBustan Project. Consisting of 4 residential buildings built following an elegant & high standard of implementation; this project is to be located in the Hadda area of Sana'a (one of the top scale residential areas in Sana'a).
Largest Commericial Project in Yemen ever!:
The Yemeni Group acquired a contract, which is considered the first of its kind in Yemen, to build & implement the largest commercial/shopping mall in Yemen, which is set to start commencing soon. This contract was signed with the EMKE Group. Presently we are in the first stage of this project (designs).
Diplomatic Towers:
After signing the contract to implement the diplomatic residential towers from the Social Cultural Association for employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Yemeni Group continues work on the 6 residential towers located on 145 libna’s (6443m squared).
Automotive & Machinery Trading Center:
Completed! The Yemeni Group completes work on the Automotive & Machinery Trading Center (AMTC) located on 60m Road. The Yemeni Group handled everything from design to décor & implementation. The official opening of the showroom coincided with the marking of the 50-year celebration of the first Toyota car in Yemen.
